Cucumber Slices
Muddle lime and simple with basil leaves and cucumber. Add gin and ice, shake vigorously. Double strain into coupe glass.

Cucumber Slices
Gently muddle 2 cucumber slices in a Collins glass, fill with ice and add Whistling Andy Cucumber Gin and lemonade. Stir and garnish with an additional cucumber slice.
*Infuse lemonade by inserting 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary into 1 gallon of lemonade for 20 minutes.

4-5 slices
Japanese Cucumbers

Bitters to Garnish
Muddle cucumbers & add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake, then shake with ice until tin frosts. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with bitters.

Pepino Piña Colada
1 1/2 oz.
Cucumber Gin
3/4 oz.
Cream of Coconut
1/2 oz.
Fresh Lime Juice
3 1/2 oz.
Fresh Pineapple Juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until tin frosts. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Gently muddle cucumber slices in cocktail shaker with agave nectar, lime juice & balsamic vinegar. Add ice & cucumber gin, shake until tin frosts, strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with cucumber wheel & 3 drops of bitters.

Cucumber Gin
1/2 oz.
Worcestershire
1/2 bar spoon
Tabasco
1/2 bar spoon
Horseradish
3 shakes
Celery Salt
1 bar spoon
Olive Juice
3-4 oz.
Tomato Juice
Fill a Collins glass with ice, add all ingredients and transfer to a metal shaker. Half rim the Collins glass with Salt. Transfer back to rimmed glass. Garnish with your favorites!

Honey Syrup
3/4 oz.
Fresh Lemon Juice
